What is the name of your state? NY

LdiJ:

Bali...you are completely off the wall here....there is not one single person that agrees with your logic.

How in the world could the judge giving her the business for half of its correct value screw the man? They both equally built the business. They both fully worked in the business. They were EQUAL partners in every single aspect of the business.

He got 100% of what he said the business was worth....and got 50% of what she said the business was worth....please explain, exactly, how he got screwed?

I don't like it when you ask a question and then close the thread so I can't answer! And if you aren't doing that, then someone who thinks like you is!

How did he get screwed?? The judge gave her the business that obviously had future earning power and didn't take that into consideration. That's how!! You women want to get paid for your husbands hard work and future earning power, why can't the man be paid for that?? WHY DIDN'T the judge give him the business??

Oh yeah, I forgot, the husband got the business from the judge, right up his @ss!!

I am not going to continue this debate. Its pointless.

However Bali, there are only two people who can close a thread. Either the original author of the thread, or the admin.

The admin regularly closes threads that she thinks no longer serve a useful purpose, or have gotten too far off topic. Obviously she considered that one to have gone on long enough.

Well I agree with her, the original topic was about a man screwed in the UK by a judge and the higher court agreed with his appeal.
