What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I am a conditional green card holder and it will be expired in Jan 2008. I am going to submit I-751 to remove condition next month. We are in marriage relations, so we will file together:

Some questions:

1. Except officially I-751 form, any other forms related to USCIS should I submit together?

2. Are all cases for I-751 conditional removal need interviews? (I heard about some cases need couple to take an interview, while some not? ). We are in fona fide marriage relations, the only issue is my husband is not good at English. For our first interview for I-485, our immigration officier is so nice after looking at all of our documents, so he did not have too many questions to my husband (he is sponsor). But this time, I am not sure if we are lucky again.

Will much appreciate any couple who have experienced I-751 cases to share

Thanks and wish you all have a nice weekend

First of All, if your card was expired since January 2008, you should have received an extension in the mail after you filed your application for removal. If you have not applied yet, you are going into a lot of trouble for letting your card expired. If you applied, it's almost October 08 now. That is awfuly long time for you to barely asking your questions.

I-751 Conditional Removal

Sorry, my mistake, my conditional green card is going to expire in Jan 2009 (not 2008). I will be available to send I-751 in Oct. 2008 (next month)

I would like to know what are the chances to be appointed an interview for I-751 removal? Also except form I-751, any other USCIS form need to send out together?

Thanks and wish all have a nice weekend ^o^

Very few I-751 cases are called for interview now. Very, very few.
You will always have the option of hiring a translator to attend an interview.
