What is the name of your state? AL
My sister and three others went to a drive thru. They ordered chicken sandwiches. My sister and one other person ate the sandwiches. When mys ister reached into the bag to get a napkin she noticed blood all over the bag, the wrapper that her sandwich was in and on the napkin. all soaked with blood.
When she went back to the restarant they were very rude. When she told them that there was blood on the sandwich they told her that it was ketchup. The rippped the bag from her hands and threw it to the back of the store. They asked her if she wanted another one. She told them no. She called the health dept and the took down information, but showed little interest.

So she called the police to go back to the store with her. The police officer did a report. The officer said that it looked like blood to him also. Two employees also said that it looked like blood to them. The manager finally admitted that one of the employees had cut himslef and bled on their FOOD! The manangement was not aware of the problem. Then they asked well what do you want me to do for you?
What can we do legally about this?

My response:

Oh, my God!

I hope it was the same blood type as hers - - otherwise, your sister could die!

Get her a full body tranfusion right away!
