What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

I have asked for a written copy of the "Book Of Rules" written by the CEO of a Corporation of which I am a Stockholder.
I have been advised by the CEO due to the Nevada Corporate Privacy Laws he has no obligation to provide me with a copy.
Is asking for a Copy of a "Book of Rules" written by a CEO of a Nevada Corporation covered under the Nevada Corporate Privacy Law?

I have been told a year ago that I have the right as a stockholder is a License to use a Patent.
I also have been told that I can be removed as a Stockholder under the rule "Undesirable"

Both these rules are in the CEO's "Book Of Rules". I have requested copies of it as it pertains to control of my license and Stock. The CEO responded this week that I will have to request it via Cert Mail and then I will need to go there and read it on his PC as it will not leave his or his attorney's office.

Is it protected as he has Stated?
Do I have the Right to a copy as it is the only written proof I have a License owed to me and also has direct control of my stock?

Thanks,
R~~

Why would I need to keep it in the same thread when it's a different question?
I was not sure where this would need to be posted.

Because the context is relevant and we don't like having our time wasted. The "FREE" in this advice applies not only to the fact that you are not paying anything for it, but the respondents are not compensated for our time either. Please follow the board conventions rather than arguing or expect no help.

I'm not arguing

I'm not trying to argue with anyone. I thought keeping a totally different question separate would be better for future searches by others that need help in a similar situation.
If it is relevant to my other "Exclusivity" questions from Sept 2011 then I can just add them there and delete all this. Other Forums ask us to keep on Topic and not to Hijack threads.

Hijacking refers to posting your question on other people's threads.
We're talking about your multiple questions on the same issue.

You're not getting any better answer than Bullwinkle gave you over at Expert Law. They're under no obligation to disclose internal procedures to you. As a shareholder all you are entitled to are the articles of incorporation, bylaws, and the stock ledger (i.e.what stock has been issued).

I had not seen any notification of any answers anywhere until now. I did not see Bullwinkle's answers yet.
The CEO refuses to supply anything as you have listed. He quoted Nevada Privacy laws protect him from supplying what I have requested for a year now. He now threatens me with my removal as a Stockholder for my request and cites my possible removal as being a "nuisance" or "undesirable". I have simply asked to have proof of those Amendments in writing. He has said I must request it via Cert mail and then must drive to Vegas and view it only on his PC screen as no Hard Copy shall leave his office. Stockholder ledgers and pertaining info included.
Thanks,
R~~
