the judge has granted them the adoption but the judge said i could contact here if her father and step mom would allow it but no way are they willing to let me see her or talk to her
she will be 14 this year and its been 7years since the last time i seen her but they got the adoption because he wouldn't allow me to see her in the first 2 years and i didn't pay my support and the judge didn't even care about why or didn't want to hear anything i had to say i know where she lives and i have a phone number but they just won't let me contact her in any way i have even tryed lookin for a email address or something to contact her but i keep falling on my face as always is there anything i can do
Please help me to see her PLEASE I miss her so much.........

Your post is very confusing since you are not using punctuation and it is pretty jumbled. BUT, if I can read between the lines you gave up your child to be adopted by the StepMother. Now if this is the case, then the ONLY way to have contact with this child is through the MOTHER and FATHER. If they wish for you not to be involved with the child, that is their choice. This child is no longer legally yours.
