What is the name of your state?yes there was a will it was prepares by a local attourney Charles E Gaines. the will was probated on Jan 13 1989 we contacted mr gaines in march 1995, he said he was retired(80yrs) and that he destroyed all files is this standard procedure??? so if the t-bills werent mentioned which according to the info i have the were not. then my dad must not have made a seperate living will because when we went to the bank it was a verbal agreement . but the t-bills are somewhere i know they exsist i saw them myself. how do i find them .
