I live in Georgia and was pulled over and ticked for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign, all though I did come to a complete stop. The officer (county) was parked in someone's drive way and his sight line of sight was not clear, as I went back and parked where he was and view the intersection. The trees blocked his sight of the intersection almost 98%, I have taken pictures of very thing, however, I wanted to find out it there was a law stating that a officer must be visible, as we saw his car in the drive way and you could only see 25% of the front hood of the car.
I called the police office and asked if there was a law and for a code to referance to look up, however, I was brushed off.
Thanks for any help.
