What is the name of your state? Arizona.

Just found this Forum.. Pretty cool. I have a question. I have my 1st mortgage and a 2nd. I am current with my 1st loan on the house, however I am 3 months past due on the 2nd due to some medical issues of my partners.

I was on a payment schedule with the company and my check bounced (I forgot they were going to take it out on that date), so I then made an electronic payment. Now they are telling me I can't pay online, I have to send a cashiers check to them directly and it needs to be the full amount of what I owe them. What are my options? Can they take my home even if I send them at least a months worth of payments? I have to call them, but I wanted to get some insight first. Thanks in advance.
