What is the name of your state? Maryland

I am in Pro Pre. I need your help. I want to know
How to file the answer? (Who should I serve it to ? What kind of method should I deliver the file, express letter or registered letter or some else?)
Should I file a information report with the answer to the court?
Should I talk to the adversary and his lawyer, the other defendants lawyer too?
Do you know where I can get a paralegal?
Thanks.

**A: what are you in? What the heck is a Pro Pre?
Are you a Profesional Pre-Med student? Don't you mean Pro Per?
If so, use the ProPer term. Did you knwow that Pro Per means without a brain in pig latin?
*******

How to file the answer?

**A: filing means court filing and proper service to the opposing party.
******
(Who should I serve it to ?

**A: Hmmmmm well, maybe the Plaintiff?
**********

What kind of method should I deliver the file, express letter or registered letter or some else?)

**A: "some else" since the other methods are not recognized by the court as proper answer and service. Try use carrier pigeon.
*******
Should I file a information report with the answer to the court?

**A: what's that? Is like like a book report?
********
Should I talk to the adversary and his lawyer, the other defendants lawyer too?

**A: yes, and Starbucks would be a good neutral place. Or maybe the plumbing fixture aisle at Home Depot.
********
Do you know where I can get a paralegal?

**A: paralegal? No, but you really need an attorney.
*****
Thanks.

**A: no problem.

Q: How to file the answer? (Who should I serve it to ? What kind of method should I deliver the file, express letter or registered letter or some else?)

A: I am assuming this is a state civil matter. If so, you need to consult the rules of civil procedure in your state.

Q: Should I file a information report with the answer to the court?

A: I do not know what an "information report" is.

Q: Should I talk to the adversary and his lawyer, the other defendants lawyer too?

A: Certainly, if you want to try to settle this or to set a court date or whatever.

Q: Do you know where I can get a paralegal?

A: No.
