My 3 year old daughter's biological father has not bothered to be around since I was 51/2 months pregnant. My current husband has raised her since that day she was born. Can my husband adopt her without the concent of the biological father?

In order for your husband to adopt your child, you will need to either 1. Petition the courts to relinguish rights of the biological Father 2. Have the Father sign away rights to the child in order for the adoption to take place. You have a GREAT chance in getting this accomplished, will just take some time and a little bit of money. Good luck!
