If you have been seperated (not with legal papers) for over 2 yrs and your wife now is taking you to court for abandonment and alimony what are the chances of her winning this case? Father does pay child support through the court and is always on time with payments but also has no visitation order in place at this time. ( He's working on that)She claims abandonment cause he left the home after not being able to work out differences.. Can anyone help?
Thank you..
