? about legality of notarized seperation agreement

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

My issue is that my ex-wife and I created a seperation and child support aggreement when we went our seperate ways. It was signed, witnessed and notorized. After about 2-3 years she has now contacted child support services and is requesting state mandated child support. This is of course after she found out she was pregnant again and has a child with her new husband.

My question, is the notorized aggreement that states what my payments and obligations to my children are legal or is it null a void??

Any help is appreciated. fun3bobby@yahoo.com

Only a Court Order with a Judges signature is valid.
Notarized or un-notarized agreements are not Legal as per child support.
