viginia beach, virginia... what can I do when my child wants to come home,i go to pick him up and the absent parent not home knowing that i am on my way, and then calls me and tells me the child has changed there mind and wants to stay but child not able to come to phone because he is asleep, and to call back the next day to talk with the child?
