S.C.= how can i file physical abuse charges against my husband? we are in the middle of our separation. i called the police when he hit me each time. but i never filed charges. my daughter witnessed each time and is scared of him.we now have joint custody, but he has too much visitation; how can i prove to the court that he abused me in front of my children to show the real truth about him? he just walked out on me 4 months ago.
