About 4 years ago i went through a nasty divorce and under advisement of my ex wifes attorney she filed an OP on me that was flagrant. The judge dismissed this but the docket entry still exists.
I just went on four interviews with very large corporations and one of the hiring questions is have you been in any legal proceeding in the last 5 years and if so what and what was circumstances.
Having to divulge the details of the ex and her shady attorney whom now works full time for one of the employers and ex works for one of the other is not good.
Has anyone ever filed and prevailed when it comes to asking the court to remove the docket entry from the online websites of the circuit clerk but not the computers internally available to attorneys. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
