What is the name of your state? ND

A bit of info first, -- I bought some land with inheritance money, then 6 months later I married. the land is in my name only- I want to put my childrens names on the deed to the land, to be sure if something happens to me, they will recieve some land. I have also made a will out, spelling out which piece of land the kids get, and which piece my husband would get if I were to die. I also have a no contest clause in my will.
Will adding my children to the deed and on the will, be enough to ensure they recieve the land I have willed to them upon my death?
See, If I dont, Im afraid my husband wont give them anything.
Sad, but true.

**A: it appears that the best way to handle things would be via a trust especially if your children are minors.
Consult with an estate/trust attorney.
