I have an administrative review coming up, if they decide to either increase or decrease the amount of child support I pay, will it go into effect then? Will we have to go back to court after their decision, and the judge will then order it into effect? Will it go retroactive back to the date the papers were filed, or will it be from the review date, or from the court date?

It might go into effect then. The other party has approximately 10-14 days to appeal to the COURT to object to the decision. If they object then there is waiting time until the court can hear the case. If they do not object then it will go into effect the date of the decision.
