I was adopted 26 years ago in Brazil, when my parents (adoptive) were relocated there. They were advised by a lawyer in Brazil that the easiest way to get me back into the United States was to change my birthday (because I have a sister that is 6 months younger than me) So my birthdate has be changed to reflect that I am 4 months older that I really am. I am a United States citizen and have a social security card that was issued in the state of Oklahoma. My question is this: Is there any way for me to change my birthday back, even though every legal document has the other birthdate? I have no proof of the actual birthday...
