Last week one of my friends asked me if anything happened to her would I take her ten year old daughter, i of course said yes. yesterday she told me she had a brain tumor, she is going back for more test tommorrow but i am trying to get prepared. in the state of texas what do i need to do so that i can get the child if she becomes to ill to care for her or passes away. any help or advise would be appreciated
