My fiance, after many battles, has finally given up.
The mother of his 2 children wants him to sign over his rights to the children, and he is considering doing so, but we have several questions(we live in Ohio).
She has a live-in boyfriend, but is not married.
Is her live in boyfriend allowed to adopt the children, if the biological father signs away his rights? How would that affect child support, or who would be responsible?
Does the fact that the mother receives public assistance matter in this case?
Thanks so much for your comments and or advice
