What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Our adoption has been finalized, appealed by biomom and adoption stands final and sealed. No visitation agreement made. Biomom hired an attorney in an attempt to find error in adoption proceeding to return to court. Biomom has attorney who contacts my attorney twice per week to ask questions; are we moving out of state? Why do we have a no contact letter against biomom? did our lawyer also represent biomom during adoption proceeding? I feel harassed and like my parental rights to raise baby A the way i see fit is being interfered with from her lawyer. I feel they are going to push me into a visitation agreement which i do not want to have. the biomom has hit me on several occasions. I do not want her lawyer calling my lawyer or me. Is there a legal way of stopping her lawyer from contacting my lawyer? Her lawyer has not filed anything in the courts against our adoption to date.

Her lawyer should not be contacting you. He should be contacting your lawyer only. You can't stop him from contacting your lawyer, other than by firing your lawyer, in which case he'll call you instead. Your lawyer should be dealing with these phone calls and you should not need to worry about them.

In addition, you can file to have her ordered to pay your legal expenses for all of her calls. That might put a stop to it.
