adoption of step children when biological is in prison

i have 2 ex-husbands and 5 children, the first 4 children belong to my 1st husband who has been in prison in AL for the past 14 years for murder and it is unclear when he will get out (these children are 17,16,15,and 14 years of age) the last child belongs to amy 2nd husband who is in prson in FL for child molestation and is serving a sentence of life without parole plus 60 years. (this child is 9) my husband now wishes to adopt my children. what do we need to file? is it possible for the 2 ex's to contest?

YOu need an attorney. yes it is possible for the fathers to protest but whether their protestations would hold any weight is unclear. Does your third husband have a criminal record?
