What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I gave my daughter up for adoption to my mother and step father when I was 19 years old, she was about 5-6 months old at the time. They had some issues and did not go through with the adoption so my daughter continued to live with me. About 2 years ago i had a very unstable living situation and only had a part time job. I asked my mother for help, and the only solution she gave me was the adoption, that was now 2 years old.
I would like to know if those papers were in fact still valid, and if the adoption was finalized is there a way I can contest it?
I feel that I was manipulated in many ways and pressured into this adoption that i was very uncomfortable with from the start. I feel my 4 year old daughter is in an enviornment that is no longer healthy for her.
My mother and step father are now divorced, and my mother is on disability.
I have many concerns but i'd first like to know if the adoption papers were in fact still valid after 2 years. I never signed a new copy of the petition for adoption, the only thing i gave my mother was permission to get my daughter medical treatment in my absence, because she lived in a small town near Prescott and I was living in Phoenix.

Unless there are court papers denoting a finalized adoption, it is probably not final...check with the courts the papers would have been filed with - and do your child a favor and stop playing musical mommies!!
