What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mo. but the adoption was in WA. I put my kids 2 up for adoption in 1994 and was told at the age of 18 I could have contact with them. The laws have changed to 21 but am I grandfathered in?

You may try and contact them after they are emancipated.
