In 1995 I seperated from my childrens bilogical father. I then married in 1996 to a man who wanted t o adopt my childen. This adoption took place without any problems under the child support law, in court of Unicoi County Tennessee. My husband and I relocated to California in 1998. The following year we divorced. He has no contact with the children and hasn't for almost two years now. the biological father of my children now wants his rights re-established. I have no problem with this as I agree that the children need their father; which I have always let his identy be known to them. They even spent the summer with him this past year. How do we even begin to start this procedure?

Your former husband will have to relinguish his parental rights...He is now their "legal Father". So, go through the whole thing again as you did the first time. Good luck!
