i am 32 and was raised by my step father whom i refer to as my daddy. he tried to adopt me when i was a child and bio father agreed until his parents got involved. i am an adult now and wish my step father to become my legal father. i am married and my husband agrees. i live in texas. what are the procedures for this and who needs to consent?
