First of all, you posted your relply in someone elses thread, if you had noticed in YOUR thread, I did give you the Bama Statutes listed above which contained your answer, if you had gone through them you would have read your rights..... starting with article 1... AND I did tell him to give you a break, guess that was my mistake...
Secondly, most women who ask for Alimony are usually stay at home moms who are mostly uneducated or have not worked outside the home for years and usually alimony is given (in most states) to get them back into the work force... not to make the adulter pay for his actions if you want that then sue him for more of the assets... JMO...
and Finally, I dont appreciate sitting for 30 minutes of my time searching for results for you, to only be hammered and called ungodly about advice, and a know it all..... have a nice day...
