this wasn't submitted but is now............. the question is couple married 20 plus years he stayed home to raise kids and start his own business she went to school became a professional . now kids are grown she finds and internet lover builds a wonderful home with husband than moves out to their other home and flys her boyfriend in to live with her , files for divorce and wants everything including his business. he , shocked and dumbfounded how this all happened.
she also wants only to go back a few years for divorce papers because husbands business took off and wants that also.
she has lied in motions thru her atty. stole from him, broke her own restraining order
and wants him to pay her maintiance so he can support her and her boyfriend < whom dosent work because he's hiding out from the law >
along with everything she can get.
Now is ther any thing, any law that can help him , any revised to this version, heck she left him without warning and has now created a hardship and mental anguish on top of that to his life.
please help !~ asap
