Prior advice taken and will heed, thank you. Last question, regarding advance parole what is the approximate time that one must wait after the initial filing of the I-30 for advance parole to be issued?
Is there a fast track for such a thing, and would we be better going to INS office for help with advance parole or attorney?

You file it at the same time as the I130 .. and I765 for work authorization.
