I am currently in the process of filing for permanent residence and have been asked by a family member to act as a tour guide on their vacation to New Zealand, I am a UK national currently but should be getting my Permanent residence next year...
Id really like to know if advanced parole covers this or am I on a loser from the start. Is there any way advanced parole can be applied for on my behalf for such cases. It could in essence be classed as work related as I will be paid for all the duties I perform.

Thanks

C

If you have not yet filed for permanent residence, you are not eligible for advance parole. What is your current immigration status in the US, if you are presently in the US?

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
