I am the plaintiff pro se in a Title VII case. The defendant is a large corporation represented by a large legal firm. The case is in the discovery phase. Can I mail an affidavit directly to the defendant's employee or is it mandatory to send all documents through the attorney representing the defendant.

Why wouldn't you want to send everything through the attorney? I assume the attorney filed the Motion for Discovery, so you need to respond as stated in the Motion.
