I just found out a 19 year old girl is supposedly pregnant by my 16 year old son. My question is, isn't that statutory rape? I also want to find out if he has to make child support payments and when under the the circumstances.

Since we do not have a state name, then I have no idea.. but in few (if any) states would this be SR. Yes, he will have to pay CS.
