What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

After the 341 meeting with the creditors, how long after will I get a respond back from the court about my case being discharged or not?

Thanks

In a routine Chapter 7, creditors have 60 days from the 341 meeting to file objections. They seldom do. After the 60 days have passed, your discharge should occur within a few days-depending on the workload in your district.

My case is not complicated at all on a scale from 1-10 it's about a 2, I have no property for them to sell, I have nothing in my name of value. None of the creditor showed up at the meeting. I was asked a few questions, my name, address, if that is me and how much I made a month and that was it.

That was May 30th 2008, it's not July 29th 2008

And it's Chapter 7
