Chapter 7 No asset case

I just had my 341 meeting and everything went very smoothly...the trustee asked me a few questions and then said thank you nothing further. My attorney had 4 other clients there so I didn't get a chance to ask her.....What's next???

Now you wait. The next 60 days is the time allowed for creditors to file objections to your bankruptcy. Most never do, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. As long as nothing happens, on day 61 the court should grant you your discharge and you'll get notice is the mail some time after that.

That's it in a nutshell.. ya just wait it out for the next 60 days.
