What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?-Texas

We have a document from the office of the Attorney General which states Termination of Withholding. All the c.s. monies have been paid-in full. Is there something that we must file in the court system or with the AG regarding this termination letter? Since the c.s. has been paid-and because we know that the office of the AG is not trust worthy to file papers such as "certificates of service" and the fact that several documents in the courthouse folder are missing...what do we need to do to ensure that the AG doesn't re-open the case again...especially when a new AG comes in and he impliments his/own new or upgraded computer system?

I have saved every stitch of paperwork since the very beginning of the divorce/c.s. orders, modifications, proceedings, transcripts, etc.
(would burn for days-lol)

I filed a copy of the Termination notice in our folder in local courthouse. The AG does not always file documents in our courthouse folder. They say that they don't have to-because "their information is confidential" altho there is the Open Records act in Texas and that all the legal proceedings have taken place in our courthouse.
