If you suspect that you being discriminated against by your employer on the basis of age and/or religion what is the best way to deal with this legally? Also is it possible to obtain the actual statistics of the percentages of various racial, religious, etc. minorities that currently are working for your company and what percentage have been hired by your company in the last five years?

You will have to specific about the types of behavior of the emplyor towards you and or others in order to determine if you have a case of religious or age discrimination. Second question's answer is generally "no". Obviously if a lawsuit was filed by an agrieved employee, then such records should be discoverable with certain restrictions to protect the privacy of other current and past employees. Ok?
