My ex husband's current wife is often talking bad to my child about me and making him feel sad. I have been told that there is a clause called alienation of affection that may apply. Does anyone have any information to this law???

This law is used when a couple are still married. It will not apply in your case. What you need to do is document this issue and try to get proof.. witnesses etc.. Then you file to modify the visitation order to have her removed from the childs life! Ok, extreme, but your attorney will advise you what action to take when you gather your proof.
