My husband's divorce was done in Nebraska in 1984 giving his wife alimony for 121 months. He failed to make any payments for two years due to medical reasons and then California, where he lives now, modified the divorce agreement in 1989 in order to repay the back spousal support in the amount of $650 per month but did not state any ending time. Now after 17 years being divorced he is being charged $650 in addition to repaying his back alimony. My question is that if he goes into the District Attorney's office will MY current wages be considered in his monthly income. We have been married for 4 years. Can the amount of alimony be raised due to us having two salaries?

I'm confused.
