Due to a recent separtion between my ex and I, I am wondering if I can reinstate child support and get aliomony from him even thought he divorce was 4 years ago. We got back together soon afterwards. Can i still get my original claims from him or do i have to do it all over again. Also, how do i go about community property? We bought alot of stuff together and i want what i help buy. Can i get my stuff along with other household items: i.e. bedroom suit, living room furniture, etc.

You left out a vital piece of information: When you "got back together," did you remarry or cohabitate during your reconciliation?
