Tampa Florida Divorce and alimony
I located my exhusband a year ago (since 1987)and went to the court records for information on my alimony judgement. At which time I found out that the court has never posted the judgement.
My ex has never paid on alimony he left the state the day alimony was due.
How long does a judgement stay on file?
Who do I present my case to first?
Do I have the right to have my ex arrested? If notified by mail the ex will run again.
Do I have the right to garnish his wages, bank accounts?
If so how do I go about it without tipping him off?
Thank you
