What is the name of your state? New York.

The old coot has reached mandatory retirement age and will be leaving the bench this year. His law clerk has no choice but to leave with him as he has his head firmly up the old coots @ss.

When I petition for alimony modification, should I wait until he is completely off the bench, or file while he is still there and about to leave so he can see the petition but can't hear the case?

Is it against the law to urinate on a judges grave?

Go get yourself a consult with a local attorney....and don't be stupid enough to attempt "revenge" games.

Don't automatically assume that you will get a different result from a different judge either. You have never shared your "story" so no one here has any idea whether or not you could get a different result.

As far as urinating on a judge's grave is concerned....that depends entirely on local ordinances and whether or not you get caught.

Best idea I have heard of in a looooongggg time, but I would rather it be the ex's grave :D

Well, I have a "significant" amount of life insurance on the ex (allowed by statute). I pay the premiums because it will be worth it.

When she croaks, I'll collect all the alimony I paid the worthless bi#$h and then some (God willing).

I won't have time to relieve myself (appropriately) due to 24 hour 7 day a week(s) party plans.

But I will save some for His Highness. (definate party plans)
