Can my ex stop alimony and sue to get money back if I meet someone new and we live together?

Depends on what divorce decree says

I don't know if your ex can sue you to get alimony payments if you've been cohabiting for a while, but in my state there's an explicit statement about the suspension of alimony if I cohabit. I suspect most states have similar provisions. Perhaps someone more versed in Family law matters can help. In the meantime, I'd pull out your documentation as it pertains to alimony.
