What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Kansas until 1998 Then Texas

I have been paying Alimony to my Ex-Wife for 30 years. She still lives in Kansas and has a part-time live in boyfriend. The alimony settlement was I would pay until she dies or Re-Marries. (yes I was stupid but wanted out at all costs). I now am retired and my pension money has depleted. I and my present wife of 28 years are on SSI only. My question is this? what can be done legally by My ex to collect if I stop paying? I think $90,000 is suffient enought.
Any ideas out there?

Call around to get a free or very low cost consultation with an attorney. I know that CS cannot be taken out of SSI, but I don't know if the same thing applies to alimony. A local attorney will be able to answer that for you.
