In my divorce it states under alimony "Said alimony shall be non-modifiable and non-extendable". Said alimony shall be tax deductable to husband and taxable to wife. The parties waive any and all other forms of alimony.

This is for 4 years. It has only been 1 year so far that he has paid. I am getting married this year. Since we wrote this in my divorce like this and he signed, can he stop alimony payments?

If there's no provision in your decree that states that it stops if you remarry and there's no provision in your top-secret state's laws that states that spousal maintenance stops if a recipient remarries, then he must continue to pay it.
