From MI, my x-wife did not give receipts for the alimony which was paid to her every month thru our daughter, is this going to hurt me if she starts saying that she did not receive her alimony? Or will a verbal agreement that was paid thru our daughter be legal?

If you didn't pay by personal check, certified check or money order, there aren't receipts.

If you were relying on your ex to supply them and she didn't, it's her word against yours if there is ever a dispute.

And the onus is on you to prove that you paid, not on her to prove that you didn't.
