What is the name of your state? New Jersey

My husband and I have already went through the selling of the house, child support, visitations, etc and have been legally separated for 2 years...I have the paperwork from the courthouse already and gave it to my husband. It is going to be a no-fault divorce. What steps do I need to take now?

My response:

We don't do "steps" or "procedures" for the writers to this site. To do so is tantamount to representation, and besides, it would also require you to understand law, and we're not going to put you through law school.

We answer specific legal questions; not, "how do I do it" questions.

However, here's a procedure we can tell you - -

Either buy a book on the subject at Barnes & Noble, or see a local family law attorney.
