What is the name of your state?Oregon
We are finding out that our stepmother had our father change his Will after he had alzheimers.Of course when they were married she signed a prenump and in his original Will was getting nothing. As it was all being left to his children. But now it's all being left to her and her children.I'm being told that an alzheimers patient cant bind into a legal document. What's the law on this?Is there a way to get a copy of the original Will and compare it to the new Will?Isn't this abuse on her part?We have much more dirt on her but this is the main thing.
