Am I a witness? New Evidence, St. Rape

First of all, You all are *******s, as I never said I condoned what they did. Secondly I came to you for advice, not to be chastised, so in the words of my generation: **** you. When I asked if it was hearsay, I was ASKING if it was hearsay. I am not the one going aroung committing rape, my friends were wrong, I just wanted to find the best solution for everyone. It's *******s like you who are filling the prison system with small time criminals while you let the real problems fall through the cracks. **** statutory rape, half the fifteen year old girls in my town are to busy snorting crystal meth to even bother with sex. So if you want to help me fine, but **** like "civic duty" doesn't mean a ****ing thing where I'm from, the cops are crooked, and the systems crooked. and this is coming from someone who doesn't even have a record! Now in a recent conversation I found out that the recording is just an audio recording of her thanking them for the encounter, does this change anything? If anyones not too high and mighty to help, advice would be appereciated.
