What is the name of your state? NH. My mortgage company has been bought out twice, I'm on my third mortgage company. My husband passed away two years ago. Somehow title is in my name only. Original mortgage company had my name listed. Current mortgage company does not have my name listed as owner. Do I owe mortgage company anything?
