What is the name of your state? Idaho

I'm in process of negotiating a parenting plan with my daughter's father. Idaho has a set of forms, where one is supposed to check the box that applies, essentially.

Under the section that reads "Extended Visits: The child lives in the home of one parent at least 75% of the time:

When the parent paying child support has physical custody of the child for fourteen (14) or more overnights in a row, the amount of base child support should be reduced for that time; however, visitation of two overnights or less with the other parent should not eliminate the reduction of base support during extended visits. The child support reduction for the period of the actual physical custody should be [ ] 50% or [ ] ___% of the base child support obligation."

I get the part about reducing the support obligation when our daughter goes to visit dad for extended periods but am foggy on what the bolded portion is about. Does the "other parent" refer to him, as it does in the other 12 pages of this document? Or in this paragraph, since he's the pay-er of support, does "other parent" refer to me?

Thanks in advance for your help. What is the name of your state?
